Was enjoying your music selections so much tonight that I left your blog up and opened up another window to check my email. I think the Pachabel has relaxed me enough for bed...either that or the wine. (wink and a smile)

Dirty Rice - Yum-O
Ingredients: 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage 1 red pepper 1/4 c. chopped red onion Garlic 2 c. cook rice Parsley Salt & Pepper
Directions: Cook sausage in large skillet. When cooked through, remove sausage from pan. Saute red peppers, onions and garlic in pan. Return sausage to pan, add cooked rice and stir until dirty. Add parsley.
