We spent the afternoon at the beach and the evening at the pool.
Tomorrow we are off to downtown St. Augustine and then to Emily and Josh's for a quick visit, then back home.

Dirty Rice - Yum-O
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 red pepper
1/4 c. chopped red onion
Garlic
2 c. cook rice
Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Cook sausage in large skillet. When cooked through, remove sausage from pan. Saute red peppers, onions and garlic in pan. Return sausage to pan, add cooked rice and stir until dirty. Add parsley.
