Is there ever a time when nothing is better than something?
Today is that time....nothing gained is better than something gained.
I made the mistake of taking a peek at the scale earlier in the week and was down 1.5 lbs....so I was a little disappointed when I weighed in this morning. Oh well...maybe next week I'll be surprised, pleasantly surprised.

Oh,to maintain and not to gain. Nice that you had a peak of encouragement pre-weighin, that was really goood! What did you do to exercise last week? Tonight I've got to get back to that!!!
Exercise? I did walk to mall, not power walk, but walked the mall instead of just going to one store or driving to the other end. Does that count?
